A homely and comfortable well-presented house that has been specifically designed/arranged with students in mind - students like you who are caring and non-smokers!
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and fitted workstation with convenient shelving power supply and own tv point. There are fitted carpets throughout and each room is warmed by a radiator powered by a modern ( and efficient ) gas combi boiler. There is an open plan living/dining room with French doors to the private sunny patio garden, and the kitchen is off this. There are enough cupboards for each student to have their own food cupboard, modern integrated oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle and iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. A modern white shower room is situated on the first floor with a large shower cubicle and power shower, wash basin and loo. Also a heated towel rail. A good broadband connection is available subject to supply terms and also Freesat.
As I manage the house myself as a private landlord, you can always get hold of me, in the unlikely event of a problem, which I endeavour to resolve as quickly as I can. There are NO FEES or HIDDEN CHARGES should you decide to rent my house.
Each summer, the house is cleaned from top to bottom, redecorated, and any repairs or replacements are done at this time. A proper Landlord's check is done to the gas boiler and all electrical equipment is also safety checked. In addition, there is a smoke/ heat detector and CO2 alarm as well. Each window has its own lock and the door locks are 5 lever security as well.
There is convenient unrestricted parking on the road, and a secure garden for those with a bike. Buses are available literally outside the door to Penryn Campus and the house is 5 minutes' walk from the old High Street and 10 minutes' from the town centre. At the end of the road you will find a post office/ convenience store.
