I currently live in a 5 bedroom house just off Dracaena avenue (in dracaena View) and need 2 flatmates to fill 2 spare rooms. The house is in an excellent location, a short walk from Falmouth and with easy access to penryn campus on the u3 which takes around 10 minutes. There is a well equipped kitchen/living area which works well for 5 people and there is 1 bathroom shared between 4 as one room has an ensuite. We are all second year students, 2 female and 1 male, and are clean and tidy.
