There is also a sunny south facing decked area and back garden with lovely views.
The House and Area
The house is in a quiet cul de sac, 2 mins off the A30, 10 mins to Portreath, 5 mins Tehidy woods, 12 mins Godrevy, 5 mins Camborne. 20 mins to Truro, Helston, Falmouth, Penzance. It has good connections the rest of Cornwall driving or via public transport, bus or train, and is close to lots of great walks and cycling trails including Tehidy woods, North cliffs, the great flat lode and coast to coast trails. It’s a quiet, non party household.
Housemates
I'm easy going, very outdoorsy and into arts and crafts. I'm also self employed and work from home, or away, so ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional/student to share with, who works out of the house. The other house mate is very quiet and easy-going with a little dog.
Ideally looking for a more long term lodger, but shorter considered for the right person, but still a minimum of 6 months required.
