Armyn House is located in the centre of Falmouth just a 15-minute walk from our Falmouth Campus. It is also within walking distance from Falmouth Docks and Falmouth Town train stations. It's central location means it's close to the High Street, Castle Beach, Gyllyngvase Beach and an array of bars, restaurants, galleries and shops. Penryn Campus and the city of Truro can also be easily reached via train from both Falmouth Docks and Falmouth Town train stations, or via bus. The nearest bus stop and train station are both 5 minutes walk from Armyn House.
Management:
Armyn House is managed by a private management company, The Bread and Butter Collective. The private management company are responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and health and safety compliance for the building and individual flats. If you choose to live in Armyn House, your contract will be with the private management company directly, not Falmouth University.

Armyn House is a unique building that has been converted to 10 different small flats, giving each room it's own personality and charm. Given this, there are a variety of room types available at Armyn House, and almost all are in shared flats of varying sizes. The flats all come with shared kitchens, living areas and bathrooms or shower rooms.
There are five different room sizes available, and these are priced by size. All contracts are 42 Weeks in length.
